The unpainted gray proto look is such a cool behind-the-scenes piece, it feels like you're holding a secret from the design process. Cardboard box arrived in perfect shape, and the cardback is crisp for display.

Finally got this prototype in and the unprocessed look is exactly what I wanted for my neighborhood shelf. The paint is clean and the details on his cardigan and tie are crisp, even for a proto. It's a standout piece that I've already caught myself staring at more than once.
